The Albufera Nature Park, located 11 km to the south of Valencia has the largest lake in Spain and it is considered a paradise for migratory birds.
Travel along the paddy fields until you reach El Palmar pier and take a boat journey across the Albufera lake to observe the birds reserves.
This visit can be organised with a lunch or dinner in any of the restaurants of El Palmar, renowned for their typical Valencian gastronomy.

We could also include a visit to a Barraca, a typical farmhouse of the area or a visit to the Natural Park Visitors Centre (depending upon availability) with a walk into the Dehesa forest up to the birds observatory. |
